I worked in a higher educational institution for almost 10 years. While there, I learned a few things about partnerships. When I left, I learned more, as I had the wisdom of reflection and insight. I am sharing a strategy process available to higher education institutions looking to either establish new partnerships or evaluate their partnership structure for a more comprehensive approach.
